SHIPPING LOCATIONS

We have customers all across the globe and have been delivering internationally since 2020. So we can ship you the latest and greatest in the Vape Industry, no matter where you are.


PROCESSING

  • If you order before 1 PM on a weekday, we’ll process and ship it on the same day.
  • If you order after 1 PM, we’ll process it on the same day and ship it the next business day.
  • If you order on the weekend, we’ll process and ship it the following business day.

In rare situations, like when an order is flagged by our fraud-prevention system, you may experience longer processing times. In these cases, we will contact you by phone or email to notify you of the delay.

SMOKETIME FREE SHIPPING

We do our best to get all of the orders out as quickly as possible, and sometimes even upgrade to a faster shipping option and this is proven by our loyal customer base. However we believe in fairness and equality, therefore customers that have paid for shipping are prioritized automatically. During the current global health situation FREE SHIPPING orders may require longer than 24 hours to process, please be patient during this time.
 
What Qualifies for Free Shipping?
  • Minimum $99 (Canada and USA) sub-total
  • Shipping address within Canada and the USA

Shipments within Canada are sent out via Canada Post’s Expedited Parcel service.


PROOF OF AGE

All products sold on beastvape.ca are intended for adults. A signature and proof of age (Dependent on the province/state) will be required upon receipt of your package.

If your signature and proof of age are not collected during delivery, your package will be sent back to our warehouse and you will not be eligible for refund on final sale items. Please do not place orders if you are under legal vaping age in your region.

Please note that all packages shipped out will require a proof of age signature, regardless of whether you have purchased in the past or not. It’s the law.

SHIPPING TIMES/DELIVERY STANDARDS

We ship orders every day of the week, except for weekends. If you have received a notification of shipment on the weekend, it usually means your order was processed but will go out the following business day. 
Orders placed on holidays will be processed the following business day.

Please note that all shipping times are estimates provided by the shipping couriers (Canada Post, USPS, etc) All delivery standard dates are provided in business days. For more information on delivery standards please refer to the Canada Post Website.

Every day we do our best to get your orders out as quick as possible. However once the order has left our facility, it’s now in the hands of the courier (Canada Post, UPS, DHL) at this point we are not responsible for any delays caused by couriers.
